Since this government was elected renovictions have skyrocketed, tenant rights have eroded and wait times at the LTB have never been higher.
Bill 60 will make it even harder for tenants to seek justice and hold bad-acting landlords accountable.
Instead of taking real action to shorten wait times at the LTB and bring down sky-high rents, this government is eroding renters rights and pushing affordable housing even further out of reach.
I’m calling on this government to repeal Bill 60, protect renters and take real action to make life more affordable for everyone.”
