Mike Schreiner sent the attached letter to the Environment Minister today, asking him to publish a full list of all changes made while the Environmental Bill of Rights was partially suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
While the government restored the Environmental Bill of Rights earlier this week, Schreiner is seeking full transparency about all proposals that were approved during a period when public notice and consultation were not required.
